Ballroom Classes

Step onto the dance floor and get moving with our Ballroom Group Class, a fun, energizing way to stay active while learning timeless dance styles! Each quarter features a different ballroom style, from the smooth waltz to the lively cha-cha,  so you’ll keep things fresh, exciting, and full of rhythm.

Led by a certified ballroom instructor, this class combines dance technique with fitness-based movement for an enjoyable workout that builds coordination, confidence, and cardiovascular health. Come dance, sweat, and smile your way through a new ballroom style each quarter!

Class Time: 45 minutes

Cost: $60 for Members | $80 for Non-Members (includes 4 class credits)

Reserve your spot early by scheduling your credits — spaces fill quickly! Credits expire at the end of each quarter when the dance style changes.

Location: Valdosta location, group fitness studio, please check-in at the front desk upon arrival.
