Event: 34th Annual Golf Tournament

Date: October 19, 2023

Location: Kinderlou Forest Golf Club

Beneficiary: Valdosta-Lowndes County Family YMCA scholarship program

Purpose: Proceeds assist families and individuals for vital YMCA programs such as PrimeTime After School Childcare, Summer Camp, Holiday Camp, Gymnastics, Karate, Youth & Teen Fit-4-Life, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Safety Around Water (S.A.W.), and Champions League.

Tournament Format: Four-person select shot scramble. Each player hits a tee shot, and the team selects the best position. This process continues for second shots and so on until a ball is holed.

Rules:

• 14 Club rule not in effect
• 1 ball rule not in effect
• 2 putt maximum
• Par Max Score

Ball Placement:

• The ball may be lifted, cleaned, and placed within two club-lengths no closer to the hole in the fairway, rough, and hazard.
• Ball in the fairway must remain in the fairway.
• Ball in the rough or hazard must remain in the rough or hazard.

Prizes:

• Prize packages awarded for all 4 team players for 1st & 2nd place, Low, Net & Gross scores.
• Prizes also for Longest Drive, Closest to the pin, and Longest putt.
