Active Older Adults (AOA) Basketball League

The Active Older Adults Basketball league is a recreational sports league. Teams consist of community leaders, friends, co-workers and citizens of our great community. All participants are active members of the Valdosta-Lowndes County Family YMCA. This league has no awards, no officials, no league standings and teams supply all necessary equipment. This is not a “win at all costs league.” The AOA Basketball league has been developed to encourage fitness, fellowship and sportsmanship.
