Gymnastics Special Events

Our 14,000 square foot Air-conditioned facility includes a full viewing spectator area and is fully equipped for children of all ability levels.
The YMCA offers a variety of special events including: Friday Frolic, Kids Night Out, Parties, Field Trips, Summer and Holiday Camps.
Friday Frolic – ages 5 and below – Drop-In open play time with parent and child. Obstacle course, pit, trampoline and open play. Most Fridays from 10:30-12:00. Member $6, Non Member $8 (under 12 months FREE) Must Pre-register online! Available dates are listed on the website.
Kids Night Out – ages 5-14 – Supervised Open Gym time including Obstacle course, gymnastics, activities and games. Pizza included! Held on select Fridays each month from 6:45-9:30 p.m. Member – $20, Non-member $25. Must pre-register online! Please bring a labeled drink or thermos. Available dates to be held are the dates you see online.
Parties – ages 3-12 – Parties are booked through the gymnastics facility only! Each 1.75 hour party is private with two party hosts who do ALL the work! Invitations, all paper, products and tablecloths provided.
Field Trips – Ages 3-12 – Booked through the Gymnastics facility only! Each 1.5 hour Filed trip includes gymnastics, pit, trampoline, obstacle course, games, music
Camps – Ages 3-15 – See full description on the Summer Gymnastics Camp tab. Available dates to be held are the dates you see online.
I understand that this is not a licensed child care facility and I also understand this program is not required to be licensed by The Ga Dept of Early Care & Learning and is exempt from state licensure requirements
Field Trips (call gym to book - 229-244-3409)
Field Trips are offered year round to organizations wanting to provide a fun, safe, activity for their students to participate in. Reservations must be made through the gymnastics facility (229-244-3409).

Friday Frolic (pre-register online)
Frolic Days are held on most Fridays and are a fun and relaxed environment for children ages 0-5 and their parents. Drop-in Open play time with gymnastic circuits, pit play, trampolines, and much more. Available dates on listed on the website.

Each Friday 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Pre-Registration Online Required – please call the gym at 229-244-3409 to pre register each time you come. Pre-registration makes the sign in process go much quicker. Available dates are listed on the website.

Kids Night Out (pre-register online)
This event is held on select Fridays of each month from 6:45 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. for kids ages 5 to 14. Its a fun-filled session of activities, games, obstacle course, pizza and GYMNASTICS!

- Dress Code for girls is a one piece leotard without a skirt or ruffle attached.
- Shorts permitted (no buttons or zippers)
- Hair must be pulled up off shoulders
- Boys – t shirt tucked in and shorts without buttons or zippers
- All participants must provide a water bottle/thermos.
Pre-Registration Online Required – Please call the gym at 229-244-3409 to pre-register each time you come. Spots are limited and are usually filled by the day before. Available dates are listed on the website.
The MAIN YMCA at 2424 Gornto Rd has a Kids Night Out the third Friday of each month. You may register for that event by calling 229-244-4646.

The Valdosta YMCA was nominated one of the best places to have a kids Birthday Party!
Parties are scheduled on Saturdays afternoons at the gym. We host for all occasions like birthdays, field trips, play groups, daycare groups, church groups, team parties, scouts and more!
Party FUN for 1.75 hours while parents sit back and relax. Parties are private and includes the following: invitations, all paper products and two hosts per party who do all the set up, assist during party and clean up. Reserve your party early!
Parties are booked through the Gymnastics facility only!

Booking Deposit- $190 (Members) $200 non members and an additional payment of $10 per child over 12 kids due the day of the party with a cap of 24 kids if more than 12 kids attend.
